What is going on in a Flow State and How can I get there?

Flow states are powerful parts of our lives. Most people have at least one moment in their life when they were in flow. Though many people have different things that help them get into flow such as extreme sports, meditation, art, and creativity, or simply just by bring around other people it is important to understand what is going on inside of our brains and how to keep this state flowing.
